Mark Tholke, Director of the Southwwest Region of enXcoWind is a reliable, proven source of electricity that plays a critical role in our nation’s power portfolio. According to the American Wind Energy Association, current U.S. wind energy facilities produce enough electricity to serve 2.3 million homes.

On 2/29/09, the Shiloh II Wind Project in Rio Vista, California was officially dedicated. At the opening ceremonies, we talked with Mark Tholke, Director of the Southwest Region of enXco, the developers and owners of this wind project.
